The chrome ones have an AL liner that they use for the chroming process, the
normal orange road construction versions, are a DIY- for whatever standard
of anti mind control the owner wants.
Personally I go with the double layer with canadain nickle installation
version.  Though in the Washington DC area, that is no where near enough (I
humbly submit just looking at the postings from our members in the MD area,
justifies that <g>).......
