MAP calculations?

I have a MAP volts to vacume calculation that I use all the time for 
setting things like spark and BLM cells by map.  Add 20 ton the raw 
decimal number and then divide that by 3.17.  I use this with the 
7747 and also with the 7730 with 8D code.
