Yes.

Why doesnt my TR ping w/EGR passage REMOVED? I'm

just struck a nerve here with me is all, but what makes you think you don't
have any?.
Tipin ping is often quite, and the only way to make sure you don't is
running a least amount of timing progression chip, and that can play hell
with lag.
Also, get into rod stroke ratios, and the TRs are really hard to beat there.
Ever notice some of the TR also use 800-900 in gear idle speeds?.

Tis not always the case!.
Look at the syclones, and running EGR can increase the IAT 40dF (easily),
and in doing that makes them a tad bit more prone to detonation.

The EGR isnt

And if low enough not enough energy to make much or any HP.

It's all about compromises, and execution.
