EGR Q's (was: Fuel Econ and Hiway Mode)

GMEPRO is in the incoming FTP. I've been using it and providing feedback to
the author and it has expanded and maybe will expand more. some have
abandoned the '165 but this software has not.

Mail terryk at foothill.net for perhaps an updated demo copy or whatever he has
now.
