Way OT, now cam Q ( was EGR Q's (was: Fuel Econ and Hiway Mode))

LT4 stock cam = no rumpity rump.
LT4 "Hot" cam = rumpity rump.

Sideline question:
LT4 cam does not have much valve overlap.  -1 degree measured at
.050".  What causes the "rumpity" idle on a small overlap cam?
