So you do INDEED need to change the knock sensor?  What's the diff?  (Sorry
to ask a question that's probably been asked.)  In other words, my new 89
165 MAF knock sensor won't work with the 730?

$0-$50 for a used '730
$80 for a V8 Memcal from the dealer (could be found cheaper)
$0-$40 for a MAP sensor
$0-$25 for a '730 knock sensor
$0-??? for harness ends (might come with a used '730)

And of course, your time to swap wires....
