TC lockup

I just realized something....

My Diacom run from my 12.53 at 109.2 run shows me going through the traps at 
109mph at 5925RPMs.  Well, considering the fact that I am running 3.73's with 
the 700R4 and BFG 255 50R16's .... there are only two possibilites:

1) My trans is slipping
2) My TC is not locking up
3) Combination of 1 and 2.

I did change address 31D in my bin from 76 to 115mph.  I need to do more 
testing ... especially because I really don't have much more room to breathe.
