Min idle

For those of you that like to have some rolldown (min dashpot effect), I'd
mentioned it before, and just thought since it worked again, I revisit it.
I perfer rather low IAC counts at idle, also.  So I set the warm in gear
idle speed to like 550, and then adjust the min idle speed screw for 600ish.
    Nice low idle, IAC goes to sleep, and better roll down.
