Low power 5.0 TPI

Actually, the tps reading looks high. There is something about the code when
the tps goes too high, it uses a substitute value and drops out of PE. A few
years back someone here ran into that with a Vette. Try setting the tps lower.

The other thing to remember is that a TPI system starts to die about there.
Something 'bout them long runners.
