High Idle Question

IF you are using a VSS sensor, the idle will be higher until you reach the speed set below in the
BIN.  That is for sure.  The other part (w/o moving) will be guess-n-check methodology.  When I
set CL enable temp high for goofing around, the idle still comes out the exact same....
