RealTime on-the-fly modifications of code

If their email response is as good as the product, it's a real loser.  I
tried to comunnicate with them some time and got no where.
It's an Italian firm, and I don't know if it was a language problem or what.
I need a co., that I can contact, and get info from when I get something
like that.
