Prom Burner & EEPROM's

thanks, now I see why all the emulator circuits I've looked at have a PIC
micro (or other) and include sram (or similar) to actually download to from
the PC.

Is there a cheap and easy way to switch (via cable) the EEPROM in and out of
the ECM circuitry?(or is it as simple as a 'dip' clip?) for programming?

Ludis, I'd like to set the ECM case up with a connector and leave all the
EEPROM circuitry in there and hook up external too it, (changes on the fly
are not what I'm after, although the 6in1 circuitry (on incoming) really
intrigued me). If this is in the archives, or a file on incoming, please
'point' me at it.
