2" butterflies on crossfire

As far as I can measure the bores on mine are 2.00"
Some loctite

Needs to stay centered on the original bores, there ain't much wall left in
spots when done.

Since I live in the boonies and may have to give the machine shop specific
directions on what I want done.
What is the preferred way to enlarge the TBI's?
What exact size am I looking for i.e. how much room do I need over the size
of the BFs so that they work right, but don't give me a 1500rpm idle when
closed :-)
Anything else needed other than enlarge bores and reassemble using new 2"
butterflies?
