Traction Control

Tunercat has a selection and table for traction control for my 94 Z28 which is enabled,  but traction control isn't engaged.  Does anyone know if there is an electrical switch to enable traction control?  If so on which pin does the signal enter the PCM?  I
don't see anything labeled 'Traction control' on the PCM pinout document.
