The "Z" VIN code was used for both the plain jane 4.3 TBI and for the
4.3 turbo PFI of the SyTy.  They even used the same RPO code (LB4) for
both engines.  I think GM was trying to pull the wool over the eyes of
the insurance companies.  (" 'Tis just another truck with the 4.3 V6,
that's all.")
