For the hassle Tunercat has editors for both of the Masks used in that ecm.
Gmepro does have one also.

There are two different LT1 masks.
This was some of my early notes, and I don't know which of the two line up
with it

Fan 1   4BA+B
Fan 2   4BC+D
Vats    03C6   D3 to 53
Spark  16x17  00a4 to  1B3
Extended  16x8  1B7  to  236
Fuel  17x17  B24  to  C44
Feul2  17x13  C48  to  D24
RPM in Dr  888
RPM in Ne  8C6

These are old notes no quarantees yada yada
