93 LT1 Firebird

I have a friend that is working on his 93 F-bird and wants to do 
some performance tunning  on it(wants to make it into a DARE car 
for the local Sherif's department).  He asked me if I could help and I 
told him I will have to see if I could or not.  Now, for my question, 
hase anyone worked with the 93 LT1 engine and 
controller(16159278 I beleive) and if so, could you help me? 
I would like to have a list of the data variables so I could make an 
ecu file, one that others could use also.
