Jet Performance scam?

Gee, I've heard that claim too, by another manufacturer, and just happen to
know the guy who was the test car for their developement.   Stynker Chip,
made no difference on the 90 MY car he was running.  I'm not gonna get the
great dyno debate going again, but, who races cars on dynos?.
