Jet Performance scam?

They seem to make a decent chip. 
 Their chip for the GMC Turbo 4.3 has all the tables in the 
factory locations, and they actually changed the fueling
some, which is more than KB did.  KB raised the boost, 
disable the knock retard, and said "use good gas"..
