DRAC for 730 to 749 conversion

Since you can flip a 730 to read the tranny reluctor, or optical, I just
would guess that you can do the same thing with a 749.
If you visit www.syty.org, and look around at the code stuff I'd bet the
answer is there.
CAC, syclone uses a air to water Intercooler, this is the fan control for
the I/C fan
