Netres availability

They used the '165 from '91-up for the Tech-4 S-trucks.  Prior to that,
they used the 1226864 C3 ECM.  I cannot say for sure if there were others
used, but I've pulled that particular model out of '85 and '86 Tech-4
S-trucks in the past.  Also, note that when they went to the '165 ECM, the
design of the throttle body and intake changed.  Maybe connected, maybe
coincidence..

I'm pretty sure the '730 was never used in an S-truck.
