Okay, i'm going to reply to this because basically it's my fault why I couldn't
read it. I had the ECM open from A to B on the diagnostic connector. 20K is
described as "normal" - and I thought that was a mode without data output
basically (as in 20K or higher the ECM considers out of diagnostic mode)
