Right, I was interested in finding something that showed just how you go
about determining the pressure and temp change in the IC, from the IC
specs. Heat exchanger kind of stuff, only maybe simplified for just this
IC application (heat exhanger stuff can be very complex in general; ask
me how I know :). Just like he shows all the calcs for doing same in the
turbo. His book is loaned out, so I can't put my fingers on it just now,
but I recall it didn't cover that part of the subject in the great detail
that is there on the turbo itself.

Anyone seen a discussion of the "science by numbers" of sizing an IC to
your application? Do the mfgs even *give* you any usable specs?
