Do I need a new MAP sensor?

Reason maybe his acceleration is straight up to 5400 RPM.  You would think the
ECM would be able to find a dead one - but I suppose it would totally have to be
dead.  I'd try a vacuum test on it with a 5V power supply and a voltmeter, and
compare it to other readings from a MAP (usually written in your manual).
That's all I can say.
