He's talking about Top Engine Cleaner. GM stuff, in a metal can with a pull tab
type lid. Strong enough to remove baked on carbon from pistons. It's damn good
stuff, no doubt.
Steve, I just realized TEC also comes in an aerosol can. That may be a better
solution.
