See how th plugs are 1/2 colored?.
Cure is indexing plugs

The flaking is a heavy ash deposit falling off.   Odd additive package, some
leave a heavy ash, and a WOT then blows the flakes off (running a 160dF
thermostat may be worsening it).  Also, the slight pink is maganese.

Look to be rapid fires, not my favorite plug.
