VE and BLM cell edges

Hi Dave: Speaking of BL stuff. I looked at a friends car recently. 90 TPI
on a 305 w/350 injectors (Pig rich).
This thing is in a 68 Chevelle w/700 R4. No VSS, No EGR, No CP.
I got the BL and Int at 128 after taking out a ton of VE (Like 35%).
What's weird is it ran ONLY in BL cell number 4.
I looked over the listing and can find no reason why it would run only in
cell number
4. I took another known good cal (That I bought new, 92 Vet) and same
thing.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Mark
