Yep, you can do that.  It will "lock out"
any fuel corrections normally associated with the O2 sensor.
It will set the BLM to 128, meaning no corection.
I got tired of fighting O2 corecction after a cam install,
that I did this, and it smoothed the idle out a bunch.
At the expense of fuel correction of course.
