Speed sensor for 1995 TBI

The 95 TBI system uses the same input as the MAF TPI systems. This is a 4KPM 
square wave, very common on earlier vehicles. The speed density TPI uses the 
magnetic a/c sensor located at the trans. This signal can be simulated with a 
device from jtr.com when the old square wave 4KPM signal is in the vehicle.
