Spreadsheet for chip tuning of SD

[Dave Zug]

Its not me.. mine is VB and is just started out a bin editor (ala .ecu file
format) with a few extra functions as I needed them.. the auto-BLM thing is
the latest util in the package... wether its a smart idea or not its there.
