GM Fuel Pump control scheme

Just as Shannen said, the oil pressure switch is a redundant voltage supply 
to the fuel pump in case the relay fails. If this is the case, most ecm's 
will set a code 54 fuel pump relay failure. Be warned, the LT1's rely only on 
the relay, there is no oil pressure switch.
