Document re-uploaded

Following grabbing Shannen's ARFP (thanks! I have a manual 400 TPI in the
works for '730!) I noticed that a document I had uploaded to FTP was blank.
I uploaded it a while ago. its a text file for you programming types
(without assemblers) for doing a multiple-spark table patch on a '727. I
think it was even linked from the main EFI page under projects. Anyway, I
RE-uploaded it under the name "727tpsck2.txt". the file name means "727 ecm
TPS check" and basically runs thru some extra operations to see if the
driver wants to use the stock (primary) spark table or the optional spark
table. I do not think anyone mailed me with questions or interest, or even
negative feedmack but I put it back up there anyway... disclaimer intact.

I have made a utility to slip this patch into a chip file, but there are
many pre-checks for appropriate use I have not incorporated... still playing
with it, but if anyone is interested in a commercial licensing of the
feature, just read the document, steal it and don't tell me how rich it made
you. ;-)
