Bin Library Update and Atten: Steve R

Just as an update.
My attention span, has taken a real hit this last time, so while not *done*,
I'll be making arrangements with Steve R., to get all the info., posted
somewhere.
If once posted, a group effort might make a short effort to  finish the
cross referencing.
What I do have is about 30 Meg.   So it will take a while yet for getting
with Steve and transferring it.
