The '7153 and '7148 contain the same ROM code.  Hence, they are both
mask 31.  The PROM contains about 20% of the program code.  So far, of
the mask 31 bins I've checked, the GNs contain different code than the
NA versions.  Most tables/switches in the PROM will be the same, though
the sub-masks do have a few different tables.

The '7153 and '7148 have very different hardware.  The '7153 lacks all
the SFI circuitry - and hence almost fits on a single board.  The '7148
fills two full size boards.
