I normally show between 100 and 600 "knock counts" (Sy) just from starting
the engine. Some scan tools - like the early Datamaster - show you only
the high byte of a sixteen bit number. So, your 6 knock counts probably is
closer to 1500 or so counts - this is much more reasonable a number.
