O2 information

Just finished relocating an O2 sensor on the GN.  I'd already wired her for
a 3 wire heated one.  But, wanted to add a few bungs for doing some other
experiments.  Moved it about 4' further down stream.  I was worried about
the O2 transportation time, and the difference in times, turned out to be a
none issue.   One "odd" thing was the O2 voltage dropped about 30 mv.   It
is now post turbo rather then pre turbo so backpressure maybe the reason for
that.
