turbo scaling

I'm no software guru, but is the code as simple/complex as this ?

1. Rescale the MAP table to 200 kPa (probably the toughest).
2. Change trouble code "MAP" settings,
3. Rescale fuel tables to match high MAP (again--a tougher item)
4. Rescale timing table for high boost MAP ?? Pull timing for upper VE table
?
