turbo scaling

For what code?.
Some do a Baro calc at start up, and then again as you enter PE.
You also lose lots of resolution.  Would be neater to expand the tables to
match.
The syclone guys have a 3 bar calibration.  I saw a 2 bar 808 but all they
did was disable the diagnostic flags.  So **it** can be done.
