Uncooperative Trouble Codes

Anyone have problems with a trouble code showing up after it's been disabled?  I just got a 62 in my car yesterday.  The entire byte is zero, let alone the bit!  I'm gonna dig into the code in a little bit, but I'm pretty sure that can't happen...
