Cams are soon to be obsolete technology, either overhead, or below.
Electronic valves are the future.

I'd like to have an engine with 4-5 valves per cylinder that sometimes
uses 2, sometimes uses 3, 4 or 5 with variable lift and duration.  That
would be awesome.  Until then pushrods are fine with me.
