Code 32 on 165

Anyone have any insight into Code 32's on a 165?  I started setting Code 32
again last week, coincidentally after going to a 195deg stat from a 180
hi-flo.  It mainly sets in the morning after about 10 minutes of 75-80
highway speeds.  It set one time in the evening after work same conditions.
The EGR valve and temp diag switch are new within 2 years (and vacuum
lines).  The vac solenoid is new within a year.  That's what solved this
problem before.  Any connection bewteen the higher engine temps and this
thing suddenly setting code 32?  BTW, it didn't set it this morning.  First
time I drove it on the highway in 5 days.
