fans on/off setting

The 8746 ECM doesn't control the cooling fan.   Your cooling fan is
controlled by a temp switch in the passenger side cylinder head between the
last two plugs.

A replacement option is the fan switch from a 87 Buick GN which will come on
around 205F instead of the stock 226F.
