fans on/off setting

Hello GMECM users.

I'm rather new to the EFI and chip tuning and am starting out with
modifying flags and constants.  

I own a 91 Fbody with 305 TBI (1228746 ecm, $61, and 2732 Eprom) and
have all the tools to burn and mod bins.  I have a stock 2732 that I've
been looking over the data.  

I've heard that you can change the temp of when the cooling fans will
come on and off but I'm unable to find out how.  I'd like to change to a
lower setting.

Any help or direction to ftp, url is appreciated.
