BLM Cells for $88

Not unusual. SyTy, turbo Sunbird, etc ($58)  code has 2 cells. Seems
hi-po engines do ok without a bank of cells. I'm running 0 cells in my
'747 implementation. Runs good. Just reduce INT delay for update.

The $88 code will update the INT at a rapid rate.
