Turbo Gran Prix 5 speed chips

There is no bcc listed in GM info for the LG5 engine with manual trans.  All are
for automatics.  There are several cars listed with FW7 3.83 manual transaxle,
but they are 1.8 and 2.0 liter J cars and the transaxle was used prior to 1989.
