90+ caddy 4.9 Idle control

Anyone familiar with the Caddy PFI 4.9L idle controller? It's only two wire
control with a ground and switch (four wires total).More like it's an idle
kicker rather than a servo to me.

The ECM is a 2240. Is this some odd beast?
