Was Delphi--now Crossfired

[Programmer]

Went back through the '84 schematic. The ALDL pin "E" is 'T''d to the serial
data input pin
D10 at the LCD instrument cluster. So the '84 vette PCM is constantly saying
what to the cluster so it gets instant fuel numbers ?
