The ECM keep alive power generally doesn't come through a fuse. 
Instead, it has a fusible link.  When the ECM is "on", it is actually
pulling most of it's power from the keep alive source.  So - pulling the
fuse won't clear the RAM, nor will it instantly shut the ECM off.
