Prom problem?

I run both an ecm power interupt, and clear memory switch for in cab memory
clearing and anti theft.    I always feel better after a memory clearing,
dunno about the ecm thou, but Doc says in mind meld mode, he says the ecms
like to have a complete power down from time to time
