7730 ECM chip locations

I was wondering if anyone had a physical layout of the 7730 ECM so that I
can locate the U17 Chip (per the print on Ludis site).  what I really need
is the RC network that goes into it but if I find the chip it will be
simple.  another thing that would be a great help would be the actual mfg
part number that is on the chip.  the gm part number is 16034992.
